Movement to Music

This is a fun class and very enjoyable. We have a trained leader.

Wearing loose clothing, we take off our shoes (not compulsory) and move individually to music (some fast, some slow) in dance-type sequences.

Our leader is a qualified EXTEND teacher and gives us useful tips on keeping healthy. Both men and women attend.

There is a fee of £2 per session.
