GARDENING

The gardening club meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. We have one house meeting and a visit to a garden each month. We also have speakers, demonstrations and coach trips.

The programme for 2006 has included such highlights as snowdrops at Fyne Court, Hestercombe Gardens, Bishop’s Palace Gardens Wells, Abbey House Gardens at Malmsbury, Taunton Flower Show, Shepton Mallet Show and Westonbirt Arboretum in addition to several garden centres and nurseries.
